Pre-Orders

From time to time, we may offer products on a pre-order basis. Pre-order items are not in stock at the time of purchase and will be produced or prepared after the pre-order period has ended.

Estimated production and delivery timeframes for pre-order items will be clearly stated on the product page and/or at checkout. These timeframes are estimates only and may be subject to change.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the estimated production and delivery timeframes provided at the time of purchase.

In-Stock Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. During busy periods, launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and the item.

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has been placed.

We are not responsible for delays, additional costs, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
